Pizza Designer of the Year Competition (£500 prize for winner)
This competition aimed to encourage new product development in the pizza restaurant/delivery market and comprised a series of two categories where entrants were required to develop a recipe in each category using the sponsors’ ingredients.
Judges decided winners in each category plus an overall winner as Pizza Designer of the Year.
