Founded in 2004 by Mark Garcia-Oliver, The Fresh Pasta Company supplies the finest Italian fresh pasta available in UK to fine food stores and restaurants. The pasta is made in Italy with "00" flour, free range egg and the best quality ingredients, using traditional methods of production to achieve contemporary flavours for the fillings, and the finest quality fresh pasta.
