PAPA Awards 2012 Winners
The Pizza, Pastaand Italian Food Industry Awards, were presented at a gala dinner at London’s Lancaster Hotel on the evening of Thursday, November 15 2012.
The awards aim to recognise the ‘movers and shakers’ who continue to drive and inspire this multi-billion pound industry.
Kim Hartley named Pizza Chef of the Year
The spotlight shone on the nation's leading pizza chefs as the finals of the Pizza Chef of the Year 2012 took place in London on 15th November ahead of the PAPA Awards.
From the many supremely talented competitors, Kim Hartley from 2 Sisters Food Group ultimately triumphed with her "Alternative Cheese Board Pizza."
