Food Standards Agency to Keep Crucial Safety Role
The Government has today formally announced the transfer of some Food Standards Agency (FSA) responsibilities in England to the Department of Health (DH) and the Department of Food, Environment and Rural Affairs (Defra).
The Agency will in future be focused entirely on food safety.
Pizza Designer of the Year Competition 2010
This competition aims to encourage new product development in the pizza restaurant/delivery market and comprises a series of four categories where entrants are required to develop a recipe in at least two categories using the sponsors ingredients.
Judges will decide winners in each category plus an overall winner as Pizza Designer of the Year
